Business Development Officer, Pasig

Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting company growth through partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
• Conduct market research and prospecting
• Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and meetings
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and basic reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to support deals and partnerships
• Maintain client records and follow up on opportunities
• Assist in sales and business growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales or business development
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to work independently and meet targets
