Responsibilities

Lead Technical Enablement
Conduct in-depth workshops, training sessions, and seminars to equip partners and internal teams with advanced knowledge of enterprise software architecture.
Architectural Guidance
Provide expert consultation on enterprise software design, integration, and scalability, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
Problem-Solving & Analysis
Diagnose complex technical issues, propose innovative solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize system performance and reliability.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, product, and partner enablementto translate technical concepts into clear, practical outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance training content and technical enablement strategies.
Documentation & Reporting
Develop clear technical documentation, workshop materials, and post-training reports to ensure knowledge retention and alignment with organizational goals.
