Sr. Radio Frequency Engineer, Pasig

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, engineering, and performance optimization of various projects related to access and transmission networks.
• Conducts validation and quality checking of technical site survey reports, walk test reports, and drive test reports.
• Provides network performance optimization analysis and corresponding recommendations.
• May alternatively be assigned as a Site Engineer for project implementation, as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or in a related position.
• Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical course.
• Expert understanding of indoor RF propagation principles, cellular theory, antenna theory, network testing tools, and RF engineering tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
