After Sales Customer Service Representative, Pasig

VIMS Inc. is looking for an Accounts Manager (After-Sales) to build long-term, trusting relationships with customers. This role focuses on managing client accounts, growing existing business, and identifying new sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Bachelors Degree in any Business-related course
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to collect, track, and analyze data

What Youll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives
• Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify opportunities for improvement to meet sales targets
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Prepare and present reports on account status
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories
• Assist with escalated client requests or issues as needed
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management depending on operational needs
