VIMS Inc. is looking for an Accounts Manager (After-Sales) to build long-term, trusting relationships with customers. This role focuses on managing client accounts, growing existing business, and identifying new sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in any Business-related course
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to collect, track, and analyze data
- Adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
What Youll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify opportunities for improvement to meet sales targets
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare and present reports on account status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories
- Assist with escalated client requests or issues as needed
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management depending on operational needs
