Loan Officer - Post-Closing & Loan Servicing, Pasig

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our US Mortgage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-closing activities and supporting ongoing loan servicing functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review closed loan files for completeness and compliance
• Handle trailing documents, corrections, and post-closing conditions
• Coordinate loan boarding and ensure accurate data entry
• Manage loan servicing tasks such as payment processing, escrow analysis, and customer inquiries
• Monitor compliance with US mortgage regulations and investor guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience in US mortgage post-closing and/or loan servicing
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation, servicing systems, and compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
