Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Holder in Business or any related field
- Masters in Business Administration is an advantage
- At least 6-10 years of work experience in Leadership role
- Experience in dealer development and project sales
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategy.
- Expand the dealer and project-based channels
- Lead regional sales teams, partner support, and training programs
- Drive market-based growth strategies, forecasting, and management
- Ensure pipeline visibility, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional alignment for the CAC division
