Job Description

• Represent the company in the utmost kick-ass manner
• Devise and present ingenious ideas that transform into money; help the organization come up with work that are award-winning, memorable, inspiring and that truly help the clients achieve its interests
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and long-term partnerships
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Manage client briefs, requirements, and expectations, translating them into clear internal directions for creative, media, PR, and production teams.
• Support Account Managers in developing strategies, presentations, and recommendations for clients.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, and alignment discussions, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate internally with creative, media, PR, and production teams to ensure smooth execution without directly handling production tasks.
• Monitor project progress from an account perspective, flagging risks, issues, or changes early to maintain client confidence.
• Assist in preparing client-facing materials, reports, and presentations.
• Support new business pitches, credentials decks, and case studies.
• Prepare and follow through the following reports and documents: a) Projects List / Status Report b) Cost Estimates c) JOs and JRs and d) Contracts daily or weekly
• Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company
