URGENT!! PHRN Support (QA, Trainer, TL) - 60K, Pasig

We are looking for Registered Nurses (PHRN) with leadership, quality, or training experience in a Healthcare BPO environment. This role is ideal for nurses who want to grow their careers in non-bedside, corporate healthcare roles while leveraging their clinical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent):

• Provide operational support, guidance, and oversight to healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, processes, and quality standards
• Conduct audits, coaching sessions, training programs, or performance reviews as required
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvement and service excellence
• Utilize clinical knowledge to support healthcare account requirements

Qualifications:

• Active PHRN license (Required)
• Should not have USRN license
• Experience in a Healthcare BPO setup in any of the following roles:
• At least 1 year Team Lead (TL) experience
• At least 1 year QA experience (auditing background)
• At least 1 year Trainer experience (Clinical account preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
