Architect Project Manager, Pasig

STANDARDS QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor's Degree in BS in Architecture
• At least ten (10) years work experience in various construction projects with at at least five (5) years of on-job-training experience in a similar role.
• Must have experience in project management with exposure to staff supervision, manpower monitoring, and project scheduling.
• Licensed Architect - Prefeered

The Project Manager strategizes, plans, and directs the overall administration of a project from start to finish, ensuring that the project adheres to the approved deadlines, budgets, and scope of works while upholding the quality standards of the organization. The Project Manager handles the overall project delivery through effective stakeholder communication, budget-management, and high-level planning and is responsible for reporting the progress of their project to upper management.

Oversees the leadership and execution of onsite activities and operations. Ensures site inspection readiness and manages non-compliance resolution. Ensures an effective communication channel with Internal and External Stakeholders .Oversees the development and adjustment of the schedules and milestones . Oversees the project budget and all project related costs and expenditures . Ensures effective change authorization & monitors the impact control.
