Position: Sales and Marketing Associate (With Performance Incentives)

Industry: Trading Company

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday Friday (8:30 am 5:30 pm)

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Range: Php30,000 (Negotiable)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree holder in Culinary, HRM, Food Science, or related courses
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • With experience in sales or cooking knowledge in food industry is an advantage
  • Amenable to attend interviews
  • Can start as soon as possible


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute operational plans and budgets as approved, ensuring activities align with company goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and expand customers by understanding their needs, implementing customer development plans, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide effective customer service by managing follow-ups, addressing complaints, coordinating with internal and external parties, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis on trends, competitors, pricing, and changes, and share insights to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Develop menus, recipes, and product applications, including preparation of sample food for tastings and sales presentations.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain required documents, reports, recipes, schedules, and records to support operations and promotional activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by reviewing processes, increasing productivity, and proposing new ideas and methods.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and risk management requirements.
