Description
- Lead and execute marketing strategies to build awareness, messaging, engagement and ultimately increase of sales
- Formulate strategies and plans for marketing
- Coordinate the design and requirements for marketing and advertising materials
- Collaborate with socmed team for content creations
- Organize participations in festivals, sponsored or company events. Including coordination with brand ambassadors, artist or special guests from preperation to end
- Manage relationships with events organizers, vendors, consultants and other third party
- Manage and mentor staff and subordinates
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- With at least 1 year of experience in supervisory role
