Asset Manager, Pasig

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Asset Manager to oversee the acquisition, tracking, utilization, and disposal of company assets. The Asset Manager will ensure assets are properly recorded, maintained, and optimized to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the companys asset registry and inventory records
• Monitor asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
• Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and documentation of all assets
• Coordinate asset audits, physical counts, and reconciliations
• Monitor asset utilization, depreciation, and condition
• Recommend asset replacement, repair, or disposal when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams
• Prepare regular asset reports for management review

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• At least 35 years experience in asset management, inventory control, or related role
• Strong knowledge of asset tracking systems and inventory management
• Proficient in MS Excel, SAP and asset management software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling company assets
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
