JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior High School graduate
• With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Address customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
• Handle customer transactions and order processing promptly and efficiently.
• Organize, update, and maintain data and information records.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
