Fulfillment Assistant, Pasig

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organized Fulfillment Assistant to join our team at Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading' in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders.

What you'll be doing

• Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch (picking, packing, and labeling).
• Ensure order accuracy by verifying items, quantities, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and couriers for timely deliveries.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock counting, and replenishment reporting.
• Update order status and fulfillment records in the system.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• High School graduate or vocational course; college level is an advantage.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or order management tools.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and reliability.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
