USRN - Team Lead, Pasig

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise a team of USRNs, ensuring productivity, quality standards, and compliance with company and client guidelines
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and support to team members, drawing from ER/OR and supervisory experience
• Monitor daily operations, workload distribution, and performance metrics to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Act as the primary point of escalation for clinical and operational concerns, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to implement process improvements and support continuous team development

Qualifications:

• Active USRN (NY preferred) & PHRN
• At least 1 year ER or OR experience
• 1 year Team Lead / Charge Nurse / Nurse Supervisory experience
• Amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas
• Comfortable working night shift
