Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Offline Channel Operations: Responsible for the planning, development, and optimization of offline sales channels in the Philippines. Focus on expanding supermarkets, beauty multi-brand stores (e.g., Watsons/SM Beauty), department store counters, and local retail outlets. Establish a robust distributor and partner ecosystem to enhance brand coverage and market penetration.
  • Channel Relationship & Performance Management: Maintain relationships with core offline partners and distributors. Formulate channel sales targets, incentive schemes, and KPI evaluation systems. Monitor performance achievement and promptly resolve operational issues such as inventory management, supply chain logistics, and after-sales service to ensure steady business growth.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation & Synergy: Lead the planning and execution of offline marketing activities (e.g., new product trials, pop-up stores, counter promotions) in alignment with the overall brand strategy. Coordinate with online teams to achieve "Online-to-Offline" (O2O) synergy and amplify the brands offline presence.
  • Market Insight & Optimization: Conduct in-depth research on Philippine local beauty market trends, competitor layouts, and channel strategies. Output market analysis reports to provide data-driven recommendations for product portfolio, pricing strategies, and channel expansion directions.
  • Team Collaboration & Process Construction: Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Online Operations to build efficient offline business processes. Ensure timely stock supply and healthy inventory turnover. Manage and upskill the offline team (if applicable) to build a professional business unit.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
  • 35+ years of experience in offline channel operations within the Philippine beauty industry, with strong expertise in local retail channels and distributor management
  • Background with Philippine beauty industry preferred; strong understanding of local consumers and brand growth strategies
  • Solid marketing capability, including offline promotions and O2O (online to offline) integration
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; knowledgeable in Philippine business culture, laws, and regulations; results-driven and resilient
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
