Job Description

• Represent the company in the utmost kick-ass manner
• Devise and present ingenious ideas that transform into money; help the organization come up with work that are award-winning, memorable, inspiring and that truly help the clients achieve its interests
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and long-term partnerships
• Manage projects and align with mainstream Account Management (including briefing and requirement assessment)
• Manage the teams schedule and workload and coordinate with FA staff. Monitor FA JO schedules and workload
• Handle and coordinate sourcing of print suppliers (including briefing, briefing deck)
• Facilitate meetings (includes briefing the team, feasibility meeting, preproduction meeting and alignment meetings whenever necessary)
• Coordinate production schedules (responsible in aligning schedule among agency, supplier and clients for the pre-production meeting)
• Handle biddings, costings which includes cost negotiations and consolidation of costs summary and suppliers terms and conditions
• Prepare and follow through the following reports and documents: a) Projects List / Status Report b) Cost Estimates c) JOs and JRs and d) Contracts daily or weekly
• Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company
