Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Coordinate job postings, hiring approvals, and contract preparation.
Facilitate onboarding, including documentation, HRIS registration, and orientation.
Employee Relations
Serve as point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Track performance evaluations and development plans.
Support managers in coaching and feedback sessions.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, bonuses).
Manage benefits programs (health insurance, allowances).
Ensure timely updates on promotions, salary adjustments, and incentives.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
Reporting
Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment progress).
Maintain organizational charts and updated job descriptions.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 13 years in HR, preferably in BPO or corporate settings.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
