Guidance Counselor, Pasig

1. Develops and implements a comprehensive guidance program.

2. Conducts intake interview, academic monitoring, needs assessment and assessment reports of students.

3. Provides counseling sessions and consultation for students with personal, psycho-social, career and academic concerns.

4. Organize and facilitate group sessions, seminars, workshops and training.

5. Coordinates with the Teachers and Parents regarding the student's concern.

6. Provide services to families that seek additional support, intervention, and guidance through consultations.

7. Collaborates with students to identify career aspirations and academic goals; provides information and answers questions related to college applications and career choices that are aligned with their skills and interests.

8. Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

9. Establish and maintain effective channels of communication and active promotion of Guidance and Counseling with parents and students.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned.
