Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities
  • Increase sales and brand recognition of Terrys and Bistro Madrid across all channels, covering Retail, Institutional/B2B, Bistro, and developing units such as Catering, through relevant and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Educate clients and partners on Terrys heritage and the unique stories of its brands.
  • Propose initiatives that improve Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional processes, including project recommendations based on feedback and observed needs.
  • Provide marketing-related support to Management as required.
  • Lead creative direction for marketing applications, including concept development, project oversight, goal alignment, and team management.
  • Optimize the Marketing Team and processes, including:
  • Process and procedure improvements
  • Introduction of new tools, platforms, and technologies
  • Training and succession planning
Project & Campaign Management
  • Ensure projects are based on:
  • Accurate inventory data
  • Sales goals per business unit
  • Learnings from previous campaigns
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure full execution of projects with measurable results that meet or exceed targets.
  • Gather and manage all project resources, including:
  • Cross-team coordination (roles, timelines, deliverables)
  • Accurate project requirements (pricing, inventory, product details)
  • Quality photo and video documentation for events and campaigns
  • Conduct post-project performance assessments and reporting, including:
  • Marketing KPIs, SWOT analyses, and improvement plans
  • Client and branch feedback
  • ROAS and budget performance
  • Market trends, competitor activities, and external partner data
Marketing Scope & Activities
  • Marketing Calendar & Budget
  • Maintain and update calendars weekly (or daily if needed)
  • Propose and adjust budgets as necessary

  • Social media marketing
  • Digital marketing (SEO/SEM)
  • Digital ordering platforms
  • Promotional and seasonal campaigns
  • Branch-specific campaigns
  • Institutional/B2B campaigns
  • Co-branding campaigns with partners and clients
  • External Partnerships
  • Manage outsourced services (social media, website, photo/video production)
  • Coordinate with production suppliers (printers, packaging, etc.)
  • Handle marketing requirements for digital apps (FoodPanda, PandaMart, TicketTailor, etc.)
  • Respond to external marketing requests, proposals, and partnership inquiries
Marketing Management & Team Leadership
  • Lead marketing meetings with clear agendas, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure planning aligns with:
  • Inventory movement
  • Sales targets
  • Client feedback
  • Define team responsibilities, KPIs, and communication protocols.
  • Train the team on photography, design, technical skills, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure marketing tools, databases, pricelists, and systems are accurate and updated.
Applications, Content & Advertising
  • Develop templates, type guides, and brand applications.
  • Manage digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, email, messaging apps).
  • Oversee website and landing page performance (UX, site speed, bounce rates).
  • Ensure high-quality content through:
  • Accurate and updated information sourcing
  • Optimized information architecture and UX
  • On-brand, keyword-optimized copywriting
  • Proofreading before production and release
  • Support print and digital collaterals, ads, training materials, and client communications.
