Description
Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient meal preparation
  2. Prepare and cook grilled meat and Japanese dishes according to restaurant standards
  3. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
  4. Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene compliance
  5. Monitor inventory and assist with stock rotation
  6. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
  7. Provide support to the Head Chef as needed


Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a line cook or Commis in a restaurant industry. Experience in Japanese cuisine is a plus
  2. Knowledgeable in grilling techniques is an advantage
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  4. with Meat handler certification
  5. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques is an advantage
  6. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols
  7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  8. Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
  9. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  10. willing to be assign in Pasay, Makati, Pasig, Alabang area
