Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable
Maintain and report financial information
Create and analyze financial reports
Invoice processing and checking
Work closely with accounting team
Perform other finance duties
Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts
Maintaining historical records
Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
Bachelors degree or equivalent
At least 1 year in a finance field
Have good attitude and Personality
Willing to overtime if required and requested by the superior
Exhibits strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
Positivity and collegial can do type approach
