Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, ensuring all outputs are aligned with the companys branding, tone, and visual standards.

This role supports marketing, sales, and corporate communications by translating ideas and information into clear, engaging, and on-brand designs for campaigns, promotions, trainings, and corporate materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Production

• Design marketing materials for print and digital use, including but not limited to:
• Posters, flyers, brochures, and banners
• Social media graphics and digital ads
• Product labels, packaging, and tags
• Training materials, presentations, and manuals
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys branding guidelines, color palette, fonts, and visual identity
• Prepare final artwork for print, ensuring proper layout, sizing, and file specifications

2. Branding & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements and objectives
• Apply brand standards across all materials and help maintain visual consistency
• Support branding initiatives, campaigns, and product launches
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback and direction

3. Digital Asset Management

• Organize and manage design files and digital assets
• Ensure proper version control and file naming for easy access and reuse
• Update existing materials when required (price changes, product updates, branding refreshes, etc.)

Qualifications

I. Education

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Equivalent experience and strong portfolio may be considered

II. Experience

• 13 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Experience working in marketing, branding, or corporate settings is an advantage

III. Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with Canva and digital design platforms is an advantage
• Strong layout, typography, and color sense
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
