Position: German Customer Care Associate

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Negotiable

Schedule: Shifting

Work set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:

• Filipino national can speak, read and write German language
• Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
• At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
• With customer service background is a plus but not required
• Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities;

• Inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, chat, letter, fax, mail and sample fulfillment, data entry, surveys, validation of orders, and social media
• Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
• Updating/sending reports, translations tasks, client correspondence, assist in the final testing of new surveys and processes, and some data analysis
• Responsible to facilitate, analyze and resolve any customer issues, provide product support and/or investigate questions or follow up to resolve those concerns in an accurate and timely manner to ensure customer retention and loyalty
• Perform other related tasks needed
