A Client Solutions Specialist Telemarketing engages with potential clients through outbound calls, understands their needs, and presents suitable solutions to drive sales, appointments, or lead generation while maintaining strong client relationships.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales tasks by initiating contact with prospects and customers.
  • Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
  • Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales
  • development to respective accounts in the Philippine market.


Job Requirements:

Educational Attainment:

  • At least 2 years vocational/diploma or 2 years undergraduate study with no back subjects
  • Degree in Finance and/or Marketing is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years local market experience (not necessarily in the BPO industry)
  • Experience in face-to-face or field sales
  • Minimum of 2 years outbound B2B experience in the BPO industry (Recency should not exceed 2 years)
