We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing efforts in the Philippines, driving brand growth and market penetration through strategic planning, team leadership, and flawless execution.
Job responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development & Localization
- Assists localize TECNO Global marketing strategies into effective local plans tailored to the Philippine market.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the local marketing team, ensuring clear role definitions and efficient workflow.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure high-quality output aligned with business goals.
3. Cross-functional & External Coordination
- Collaborate with retail, channel, AIOT, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with external partners, media, and agencies to maintain brand alignment and maximize campaign impact.
4. Resource & Partnership Development
- Proactively identify and evaluate local partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and high-impact events.
- Source, onboard, and manage creative and media agencies to drive innovative and effective marketing solutions.
5. Budget Management & Financial Oversight
- Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
- Oversee and push agency procurement, contracts, and payment processes in compliance with company policies.
6. Campaign & Event Execution
- Plan, organize, and execute key marketing activities, including product launches, roadshows, campus activations, and competitions.
- Coordinate logistics, staffing, and on-ground operations to ensure successful event delivery.
We are looking for:
-Minimum 57 years of marketing experience, preferably in the mobile phone, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries.
- At least 23 years in a managerial role, with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market, media landscape, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, ATL/BTL campaigns, and event management.
- Proficiency in budget planning, vendor management, and performance tracking.
