Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for loan products and financial services
Support branch marketing activities, including promotions, events, and client outreach
Coordinate with branches, loan officers, and partners for marketing initiatives
Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, posters, social media content, and presentations
Maintain and update marketing databases, client lists, and promotional records
Monitor and report marketing activity results and customer feedback
Assist in social media management and online marketing efforts
Ensure all marketing materials comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Perform administrative tasks related to marketing documentation and reporting
Provide support during company events, roadshows, and promotional activiti

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related course
At least 1 year of marketing or sales support experience (experience in finance or lending is an advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and digital marketing plat
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to do fieldwork and branch coordination when needed
