Description
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Draft letters, memos, and reports. Input data accurately into company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, answer and redirect phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies. Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and liaise with external vendors when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes or notes when required.
  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, or handling petty cash.


Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with basic office machinery (scanners, photocopiers, multi-line phones).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
