Position: CSR (Online Interview)

Salary Offer: Php18,000-Php25,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree of any course
• Open for Fresh Graduate, Undergraduate, and Senior Highschool graduate
• With at least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process customer transactions and orders promptly and efficiently.
• Organize, update, and maintain data and information records.
• Address and resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering effective solutions.
• Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
