JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
• With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Process customer transactions and orders efficiently to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data management standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly, delivering effective, customer-focused solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support overall team operations and service objectives.
