Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in multimedia, marketing, or content creation
3. Willing to do weekly fieldwork for photo/video shoots

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly content calendars and manage daily posts across IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Google Business, and Email
• Draft clear, on-brand copy for posts, newsletters, and campaigns
• Design and produce digital/print marketing materials
• Capture and edit photos/videos for marketing use
• Manage website content and ensure pages, blogs, and listings are updated
• Execute paid boosts, digital ads, and track campaign performance
• Coordinate project timelines with internal teams
• Liaise with printers, suppliers, influencers, and external partners
• Conduct monthly competitor analysis and provide insights & recommendations
