• Masonry tasks and structural repairs
• Tile setting, finishing, and layout
• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Conduct inspections to identify repair needs
• Follow safety standards and coordinate with the operations team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Skilled and experienced in carpentry, masonry, tile setting, and plumbing
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and dependable
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience in construction or maintenance projects is an advantage
