Requirements
  • College graduates without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  • SHS graduates with at least 6 months experience in BPO industry
  • Average to Good English communication skills
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Amendable working on a shifting schedule
  • Amendable working on site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account concerns
  • Provide accurate product information and guide users through app navigation and troubleshooting
  • Process order adjustments, replacement requests, and escalation handling when needed
  • Monitor and follow up on unresolved cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify common issues and report insights that can help improve customer experience
  • Maintain service accuracy, quality, and adherence to performance standards
  • Deliver a smooth and positive user experience while handling both customer inquiries and back-office tasks
