Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Robotics, or any related field (or equivalent practical experiences)
• Extensive experience as an RPA Developer with proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects
• Mastery of RPA tools such as UiPath, IBM RPA, Laiye RPA and/or Selenium coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies
• Creative problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and a proven ability to mentor and lead a team
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey complex technical concept
