We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow development to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical proficiency, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices and platform capabilities
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of existing applications
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ITSM, HRSD, and SecOps to deliver aligned solutions
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and architectural standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies
- Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide APIs
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
