Customer Service Representative, Pasig

The Customer Service Representative for the airline account is responsible for delivering exceptional support to passengers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding flights, bookings, policies, and travel requirements. The role ensures a positive customer experience while maintaining airline service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage rules, travel policies, and special assistance services.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve passenger concerns, including delays, lost baggage, refunds, and loyalty program questions.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately in the system.
• Follow airline protocols, safety guidelines, and service procedures.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver precise and helpful information.
• Achieve performance targets such as quality scores, customer satisfaction, and efficiency metrics.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills in dealing with travelers from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with at least 3mos. experience.
• College graduate with no experience.
• Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle high-volume interactions.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
