HR Officer/HR Generalist, Pasig

Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and mediating conflicts when necessary.
Support talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and development programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements
