HR Manager/Supervisor, Pasig

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled workers (carpenters, designers, installers) and admin staff
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct issues
• Oversee onboarding, training, and safety protocols for warehouse/onsite work and fast food client standards
• Administer payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and project-based incentives
• Lead performance evaluations and KPI-based appraisal systems
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, certifications, and compliance with labor and safety laws
• Support admin operations, inventory coordination, and logistics for site installations
• Contribute to HR policy development and strategic workforce planning based on project pipelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years HR experience with full knowledge of HR functions
• Strong communication and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
• Experience in construction, modular cabinetry, or skilled trades recruitment is an advantage
• Analytical, organized, and proactive in recommending process improvements
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, benefits, and workplace safety standards
