Description
1. Transportation & Support
- Safely drive company staff to and from required destinations.
- Deliver and pick up documents, materials, and other items as needed.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure timely arrival for scheduled trips and appointments.
- Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, etc.).
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Report any mechanical issues, repairs, or maintenance needs immediately.
- Ensure regular preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving guidelines.
- Maintain updated vehicle documents (registration, insurance, permits).
- Ensure passenger safety and proper handling of company assets.
- Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
- Submit reports on time as required by the Admin or Operations department.
- Support office errands as directed (bank transactions, deliveries, etc.).
- Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
