1. Be responsible for the recruitment of the local team in the Philippines and the maintenance of recruitment channels. Based on the recruitment plan of the head quarters and business requirements, complete the establishment of sales, customer service, influencer and other teams.
2. Be responsible for the full life cycle management of local employees: personnel entry, transfer, departure, employee file management, attendance management, social security (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG) and employee relationship handling, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company management requirements.
3. Coordinate administrative affairs: maintain office order and environment, optimize local administrative management processes, and establish relevant SOPs.
4. Understand the local personnel management and business progress situations, be able to identify business pain points and provide corresponding solutions.
