Position: Spanish Customer Support

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000

Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM onwards (Graveyard shift), 2 days off

Work set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:

• Proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
• Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
• At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
• With Customer Service experience is a big Advantage
• Open for Undergrad and Bachelors Degree holder
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
• Listen and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
• Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
• Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Perform other related tasks needed
