Junior Project Manager, Pasig

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects related to loan processing systems, financing operations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Marketing, Accounting, IT, and Operations) to gather requirements and track project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project charters, work plans, schedules, and reports.
• Monitor project deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure tasks are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation of issues and coordination for resolution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items with concerned departments or vendors.
• Assist in developing and mapping business processes for system enhancement or automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance of project activities with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements for financing institutions.
• Provide support in preparing management presentations, progress dashboards, and project summaries.
• Perform other project-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or project management, preferably in a financing, lending, banking, or fintech environment.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Familiar with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in project management fundamentals (e.g., CAPM, Agile/Scrum Foundation) is an advantage.
