The LC Relations Manager provides strategic leadership in managing the Loan Consultant (LC) network. The role focuses on developing and implementing long-term strategies that enhance LC engagement, productivity, and retention, ensuring alignment with the companys overall sales and growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Manages and supervises LC Relations Officers (including the Senior LCRO) to achieve targets and directives through the following activities:


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall LC Relations Strategy, aligned with company goals and lending targets.
  • Identify new LC acquisition channels, partnerships, and community-based programs to expand market reach.
  • Set performance metrics, KPIs, and growth targets for the LC network.
  • Design incentive frameworks, engagement programs, and recognition systems to improve retention and performance.
  • Lead business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the LC Relations unit.


Collaboration and Oversight

  • Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth loan processing and end-to-end LC servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, lending regulations, and ethical standards in all LC activities.
  • Oversee brand consistency and professionalism in LC communications and public engagements.


Performance Management & Reporting

  • Review performance data, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to optimize LC productivity.
  • Present periodic reports and strategic recommendations to the Division Head and Executive Management.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach LC Relations Officers (including Senior LCRO) to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity, providing feedback and training as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales channel management, trade relations, or business development.
  • Proven experience in managing large consultant or agent networks.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willing to go on fieldwork.
