Documentation Staff, Pasig

This role is responsible in managing, organizingand maintaining all documentation related to recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Management: Organize, categorize, file, and archive all physical and electronic documents, including resumes, application forms, contracts, background checks, and employee records.
• Accuracy and Compliance: Review all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Data Entry and System Maintenance: Enter and update candidate and employee information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HR database, or document management system.
• Document Preparation: Prepare various documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire onboarding materials.
• Information Retrieval: Retrieve documents upon request for authorized personnel, internal/external audits, or reports.
• Coordination and Liaison: Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors/agencies (e.g., for background checks or travel arrangements) to collect necessary documentation.
• Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing documentation policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency in document handling.
• Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Must atleast 1 year experience to the related job or in recruitment agency

Good communication skills

Bachelors degree related to the job

Ammendable to work in Ortigas Pasig City

Willing to work in a compressed workweek schedule (monday-friday- 8:30am to 6:30pm)
