- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions and issue resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and software.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in BPO industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Working Conditions: Flexible working hours with the ability to work remotely
- Work set up: Hybrid (Fixed 6 days in a month)
- Fixed weekends off
- 2-3 weeks onsite training
- Equipment will be provided.
