Customer Service Representative, Pasig

Description

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Document interactions and issue resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and software.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in BPO industry.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
Working Conditions: Flexible working hours with the ability to work remotely
Work set up: Hybrid (Fixed 6 days in a month)
Fixed weekends off
2-3 weeks onsite training
Equipment will be provided.
