Electrical Technician, Pasig

• Lead and oversee the execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site.
• Ensure that all electrical work complies with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Develop detailed designs, schematics, and layouts for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Read and interpret Electrical and Auxiliary plans to support project development and execution.
• Provide technical support to contractors, suppliers, and project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project lifecycles from conceptual design through to final scope definition, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Conduct facility electrical inspections and audits to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Prepare job orders, bills of materials, project reports, technical analyses, and as-built documentation.
• Review and evaluate contractor progress billings, accomplishment reports, and variation orders.
• Coordinate with consultants for project development, including documentation for bidding, permitting, and construction.
• Attend client meetings to address project concerns, provide updates, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify innovative solutions to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce project costs.
• Willing to be assigned in Site for Projects 

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is required.
• At Least 5 years of proven experience in electrical project execution and design, managing projects of varying complexity.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industry codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong bias-to-action and proactiveness, can work independently with minimal supervision 
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying principles and basic project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work full-time in Bataan, with occasional assignments in Metro Manila.
