Sales & Customer Service

• Approach and assist customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Product Demonstration & Makeovers

• Perform live makeup demos and mini makeovers to highlight product benefits and usage.

Product & Brand Knowledge

• Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, ingredients, and proper usage.

Promotions & Campaign Participation

• Ensure promo materials and displays are updated, clean, and well-maintained.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Encourage repeat purchases by offering friendly service and follow-up.

Inventory & Reporting

• Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

• At least 6 months of retail or sales experience (preferably in cosmetics or skincare).
• Experience in makeup application is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident in makeup application and product demonstration.
• Basic understanding of makeup techniques and skin types.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Energetic, approachable, and professional.
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, and helping others feel confident.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
