Operations Field Associate, Pasig

We are looking for Operations Field Associate who is responsible for ensuring that equipment and facilities function reliably and efficiently. Implement maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementing maintenance strategies
• Inspecting facilities and analyzing operational data
• Conducting routine maintenance checks
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures
• Identifying opportunities for improvements and developing and implementing solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Collaborating with other departments or stakeholders to develop and execute maintenance plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining records and documentation, ordering and tracking spare parts and equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of work experience in CDAS in-building maintenance.
• College graduate
• Background in building infrastructure in wired and wireless
• Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems, and develop solutions
• Know how to communicate and coordinate with clients
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
