HR Manager/Supervisor, Pasig

- Must possess a bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field.

- With at least 35 years of solid experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to administration and finance functions.

- Must have strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and retail operations.

- Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management.

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

1. Manage recruitment and onboarding of new hires (Promoters, Store Leaders, Technicians)
2. Handle contracts, timekeeping, payroll summary, and HR documentation
3. Ensure 100% compliance with PH labor law and government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
4. Compensation & Administration (40%)
5. Process payroll, allowances, and petty cash; prepare and submit expense reports to HQ
6. Track incentives (Sell-Out, referrals), OT, and reimbursements for field staff
7. Coordinate office operations, expense compliance, and support internal audits
8. Engagement & Retention
9. Organize staff engagement programs: PG of the Month, bonding activities, feedback forms
10. Conduct exit interviews and monitor turnover trends with action recommendations
11. Track promotion readiness and propose internal salary adjustments or role upgrades Oversee office needs: utilities, supplies, minor repairs, and cleanliness
12. Organize travel and meeting logistics as required
13. Handle procurement of basic supplies and materials for stores and office
14. Compare vendors, track purchases, and ensure documentation aligns with budget and audit rules
