HR Specialist/Assistant, Pasig

Recruitment:

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews (phone screens, virtual and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and posting job descriptions on various internal and external job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing professional and timely correspondence regarding their application status, interview details, and feedback.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and reference checks as required.

General HR Support:

• Maintain organized and confidential personnel and recruitment files.
• Assist with new hire onboarding activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed before the start date.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the HR.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition department. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), and Google (Docs and Spreadsheet).
